In the historic center of Fondi, a stone's throw from the Castle and the Baronial Palace, there is a small window open since 1972: it was opened by mother Rosalba with the sign "Da Rosalba". Today the tradition of the pasta factory is carried on by Ermanno and his collaborators with great passion. Since its origins, the activity has been focused on the production of fresh pasta in the various shapes of filled pasta, short pasta and long pasta. Without ever neglecting the link with the history and traditions of its territory of origin, offering various types of "typical pasta".
Today, "La Pasta di Ermanno" is appreciated and recognized for the balance of its taste, the quality of the raw materials, individually selected by Ermanno himself and for a scrupulous and careful preparation.
